He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Wagers and Ethelena Smith Wagers; and his brothers, Christopher Wagers and Jason Wagers. He is survived by: his children, Alesha Wagers of Pikeville and Anthony Wagers of London; his sister Rhonda McKnight of London; and his grandchildren, Dominik, Kendon Dmytrusz, Logan and Leah Wagers.
