She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Pearlie Maynard Smith; and her husband William Cecil Hunter. She is survived by: her children, Cherry Denim (Larry), Sylvia Hunter and Gerald Hunter (Kathy); and her brothers, Robert Smith Jr. and Layton Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
