He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Mullins; his children, Kimberly Burdine (Richard) and Bradley Blake Mullins; and his siblings, Warren G. Mullins, Walter Reed Mullins, David Lee Mullins, Tracy Mullins, Blaine Mullins, George Patton Mullins, Harold Dean Mullins, Hassel Mullins, Virginia Mullins, Lorene Burkhart, Martha Mullins, Mary Mullins and Lula Mae Branham. He is also survived by two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
As a retired professional, Randall's contributions to those around him will long be remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him.
