With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rex Sanders (Pikeville, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Levon Sanders and Edith Bryant; and his brother Woody Sanders. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Mullins Sanders; his sons, Michael Kip Sanders and T. J. Sanders (Sheena); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Jalyn, Rylan, Shayley, Talan, Avery, Keysen and Kashton Sanders.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
