He is survived by: his parents, Bobbie Walton Ratliff and Betty Sue Thacker Ratliff; his wife Tommi Rene'Fields Ratliff; his daughter Ashley Dawn Ratliff Lester (Edward "Matt") of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Colton Mathew Lester and Macie Isabella Lester; and his siblings, Randy Ratliff (Beverly) of London, Billy Gene Ratliff (Jennifer) of Cynthiana and Karen Sue Lowe (Wayne) of Pikeville.
