He is survived by: his wife Roxie Ann Kendrick; his son Ryan Kendrick (Genevieve); his siblings, Randy Kendrick, Gary Kendrick, Brenda Adams and Anna Gail Hall; and his grandson Miles Kendrick Meadows.
