He is survived by: his wife Diana Maynard Thacker; his children, Tracy Dean Thacker of Pikeville and Sabrina Murphy (Charles) of Pikeville; his siblings, Billy Ray Thacker of Pikeville, Freddie Thacker of Maryville, Jean Childers of Pikeville and Shirley Justice of Banner, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Madi McCoy (Cory May), Wade Murphy, Charlie Murphy, John Murphy and Taylor Adams; and his great grandchildren, Gunner and Jase Robinson.
