She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Smith and Pearl Green Helton; and her sisters, Nina Sue Smith and Barbara Ann Caudill. She is survived by : her husband James A. Blackburn of Hellier, KY; her sons, Bryan Wayne Blackburn of Kodak, TN, Jeffery Alan Blackburn of Georgetown, KY and Justin Blackburn of Hellier, KY; her grandchildren, Natasha Denee Shepherd, Bryan Wayne Blackburn, Jr., Makayla Nicole O'Brien, Sarah Parrott, Courtney Parrott, Megan Delanie Blackburn and Joshua Blake Williams; and her great grandchildren, Riley Shepherd, Serenity Shepherd, Evander Jeremiah Shepherd, Aedynn Shepherd, Danielle Martin and Michael O'Brien.
