She is survived by: her children, Lonnie James Maynard (Linda) of Pikeville, KY and Winnie Blackburn (Keith) of Zebulon, KY; her sister Virgie Bentley of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Joshua Darrell Blackburn (Jennifer), Burnis Blackburn and Peterson Maynard; and her great grandchild Caleb Blackburn.
