He is survived by: his mother Alice Charles (Pinion); his children, Jeffrey Chapman (Tasha Salisbury) of Elkhorn City, KY, Gregory Chapman (Kayla) of Elkhorn City, KY, Corey Collins (Summer) of Pikeville, KY, Cody Chapman (Kayla) of Shelbiana, KY, David Chapman of Pikeville, KY and Courtney Bowman (Garnie) of Oakwood, VA; and his siblings, Patrick Charles of Pikeville, KY, Wanda Thacker of Raccoon, KY, Janice Slone of Pikeville, KY and Teresa Charles of Berea, KY. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
