He was predeceased by: his father Fon Johnson; and his stepfather Jim Webb. He is survived by: his mother Fern Johnson (Smallwood); his brother Ricky Johnson; his son Adam Johnson; his daughter-in-law Jeanette Burke; and his cousins, Vernon and Deloris Hampton. He is also survived by other cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Monroe Smallwood Cemetery.
