He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Miller Kelley and Jean Catherine Kelley; and his siblings, Michael John Kelley and Jerrie Kay Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn Parker Kelley; his children, Evan Thomas Kelley and Kaylynn Danielle Kelley; his adoptive daughter Heather Kelly Spencer; and his siblings, Daniel Mark Kelley and Patricia Jean Kelley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
