He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Marion Cecil and Marilyn "Giard" Keene; and his sister Tobie Ann Crum. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Cecil of Pikeville, KY and Rosanna Wood of Pikeville, KY; and his brothers, William D Cecil of Mt. Sterling, KY and Sam Cecil of Pikeville, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
