He is survived by: his parents, Gilbert Rowe of Belcher, KY and Connie Sue Phillips Rowe of Mouthcard, KY.; his children, Johnny Chaney and Rebecca Rowe of Mouthcard, KY.; and his siblings, B. J. Rowe of Belcher, KY and Bridgett Jill Ramey of Belcher, KY..

The family wants to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this time and appreciates everyone wanting to join them for the services, but cannot due to the restrictions in place for the pandemic.
