He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas McCoy. He is survived by: his grandmother Irene McCoy; his parents, Chad Webb and Robin Bartley Webb; his daughter Meredith Grace "Bartley" Fleming; his brothers, Izaiah Bartley, Antonio Atkins, Noah Atkins and Jack Webb; his uncle David McCoy (Faith); and his aunts, Crystal Gibson (John), Gina McCoy (Earl) and Becky McGuire (Brian). He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
