She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James and Lora Belcher James; her husband Muncy Justice; her daughter Mary Belle Justice; and her brothers, Virgil James, Geroid James (Troy James) and David Ramey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Ramey and Sue Bartley (Casey); her grandchildren, Shon Leathers (Stephanie), Joshua Leathers (Summer), Shane Bartley (Kaila) and Heather Bartley; her great grandchildren, Bode Bartley, Jaide Bartley, Chase Bartley (Sonya Burgan), Griffin Leathers, Hudson Leathers, Stormy Leathers, Ace Leathers, Sailor Leathers and Jesse Leathers (Sierra); and her great great grandchildren, Paisleigh Howell, Kouvr "Cupcake" Newsome, Loreigh Leathers and Tinsley Leathers (Keith Stiltner).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
