She is survived by: her children, Donnie Howell (Paula) of Coldwater, KY, Michael Howell (Susie) of Chapmanville, WV and Carolyn Delong (Dewey) of Pilgrim, KY; her sister Columbia Kilgore of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Steven Howell, Olivia Howell, Ethan Delong (Ashley) and Michaela Trent (Brian); her great grandchildren, Harper Howell, Jace Howell, Nora Delong and Scarlett Delong; her niece Sheila Chafin; and her caregivers, Debbie Small, Kathy Endicott, Cora Stanley, Linda Preece and Heather Cooper.
