He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Preece and Mirtie Preece; his siblings, David "Crock" Preece, Bob Preece and Patsy Preece; his siblings-in-law, Buddy Ray Moore, Dwight Sammons, Jean Preece and Doris "Dodie" Preece; his nephew Jared Bowers; and his nieces, Sharon Preece and Crystal Fletcher.
He is survived by: his daughter Rana Pack (Brad); his grandchildren, Rylan, Braxten and Jackson of Inez, KY; and his siblings, Don Preece (Gaye) of Lousia, KY, Paul "Pete" Preece of Columbus, OH, Betty Bowers (Dwight) of Louisville, KY, Mary Sammons of Warfield, KY and Kay Moore of Louisa, KY..
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267).
