She is survived by: her son Kenneth Stephens; and her siblings, Lewis Earl Davenport of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Eva Dean Meadows of Pine Knot and Bonnie Lou Middleton of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
