He is survived by: his sister Janice Scates (John) of Oneida; his uncle Bob Creekmore (Jackie) of South Carolina; his caregiver Jennifer Coffman; Ashley Loudermilk, John Loudermilk and Crosby James "CJ" Martin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pine Knot Funeral Home (140 Cal Hill Spur, Pine Knot, KY 42635). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
