She is survived by : her husband James Moore; her sons, Jody Dewayne Crabtree (Crystal) of Oneida and Darrell Wade Crabtree (Bridgette) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her siblings, Jim Crabtree (Judy) of Pine Knot, Alan Crabtree (Kathy) of London, Chris Crabtree (LaRhonda) of Pine Knot, Randy Crabtree (Lanetta) of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Donna Woodford (John) of Pine Knot, Cathy Kelley (Steve) of Pine Knot, Teresa Ball (Larry) of Pine Knot, Tonya Crabtree (Curtis) of Stearns and Vickie Campbell (Clinton) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jody Lane Crabtree, Conner Ray Crabtree and Baronica Jones; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Michelle Crabtree, Sawyer Crabtree, Emmy Lou Crabtree, Cole Crabtree and Axel Lane Crabtree. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
