He is survived by: his wife Bonnie West (Stephens); his siblings, Steve (Vicki), Randy (Lynn), Scott (Mickey), June, Tami and Tonya (Andy); his aunt Beulah; and his uncles, Wayne (Deanna) and Charles West (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
