We are sad to announce that, on August 30, 2025, at the age of 60, James Eric Winchester of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Eric Winchester to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Winchester and Helen Winchester (Roberts); and his siblings, Gary Roberts, Max Winchester and Lisa Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Landon Winchester of Pine Knot, Jordan Winchester (Heather) of Hazard, Kentucky, Kasie Winchester of Mt. Vernon, Erika Winchester of Pine Knot and Olivia Winchester of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Lyric Abbott, Aria Winchester, Logan Fry, Bryson Winchester, Brody Caudill, Adrian Winchester, Peyton Wilson, Benjamin Winchester and Addison Issacs; and his sister Linda Taulbee of Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with remaining expenses. Contributions can be made on the website (under the resources tab), by calling the office, 606-354-9100, or in person at the funeral home.
