She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Estil Summers and Emma Carolyn Hickman "Tiny" Summers; her husband Glen Edward Johnson; her daughter Melissa Carol Erwin; and her stepdaughter Gwen Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Richard Summers (Tiffany) of Strunk; her stepdaughter Debbie Stanfill (Vern) of Pine Knot; her siblings, Jim Dean Summers (Carolyn) of Stearns, Freddie Summers (Debbie) of Scott County, Tom Summers of Pine Knot and Beth Ann Lawson (Bobby) of Scott County; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Summers, Darcy Phillips, Taylor Murphy, Jadyn Owens, Kolton Summers, Allen Braden, Jr., Danny Stanfield, Jennifer Ross and Jessica Hall; and her great grandchildren, Leia Phillips, Jace Summers, Hadlie Murphy, Arya Phillips, Navy Phillips, Hayden Phillips and Jake Summers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
