He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lonnie Brown and Lorene Stephens (Gibson); his siblings, Larry Wayne Stephens of Strunk, Kentucky, LaRhonda Sue Crabtree (Chris) of Revelo and Lanetta Crabtree (Randy) of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his nephew Chris Crabtree (Katherine); and his great-niece Katlyn Nicole Crabtree.
