She is survived by: her brother Robert Hayes (Helen); her sister-in-law Carol Hayes; her nephew Steven Hayes; her nieces, Alison Hayes Conrad and Kathy Hayes-Pittman; her great-nieces, Kylie'Ann Hayes and Rebecca Pittman; and her great-nephew Robert Westyn Hayes. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
