He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ola Murphy and Sally Murphy (Miller); and his sister Barbara Vahle. He is survived by: his wife Betty Murphy (Bradley); his children, Wesley Murphy (Jennifer), Emily Mason (Joey) and Paula Braden; his grandchildren, Taylor Braden, Leah Braden, Kenton Murphy, Kamden Murphy and Danielle Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Marley Kate Ridener, Waylon Stephens and John Stephens.
