With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delbert Roscoe Riley of Pine Ridge, Kentucky, born in Saint Marys, Ohio, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Richard Riley and Grace Beatrice Storer; his brother Ivan Lewis Riley; and his half-brothers, Roger Bleu and Harold Riley.
He is survived by: his sister Beatrice B. Riley of West Liberty; his half-sisters, Annette Davis of Morehead, Arlene Cyca of Morehead, Teresa Riley of Louisville, Helen Van Pelt of Nicholasville, Julie Willoughby of Dunkirk, Indiana and Margaret Riley of Dunkirk, Indiana; and his sibling's children, Crystal, Catrina Craig, Billy, Adam Crace, Chris Jarrell, Alex and Christina Riley.
