She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer King and Cora Finch King; her sons, Billy Joe McKinney and Charles McKinney; and her siblings, Jackie Barker, Charles King, Ellen Profitt and Victoria Grass.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Spaulding of Pine Ridge, Kentucky; her children, Bill McKinney (Rebecca Helton) of Pine Ridge, Kentucky, Louise Nicholson of Paducah, Alice Duncan (Donnie) of Greenville, Stephanie Moore (Christopher) of Frankfort, Linda Johnson (Timothy) of Frankfort, Kaye Coubert of Frankfort, Ellen Swiger of West Liberty and Roberta Patton of Greenville, Kentucky; and her siblings, James Barker (Barbara) of Lexington, Kentucky and Rachel Saylor (Jack) of Versailles, Kentucky.. She is also survived by twenty three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
