Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home (11832 Madison Ave, Independence, Kentucky 41051). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
