He is survived by: his mother Linda Kilgore Collins of Claiborne, Tennessee; his sons, David Scott Hendrickson of Middlesboro and Nicholas Beverly of Pineville, Kentucky; his sisters, Tamera K. Pardee of Kettle Island and Lisa (Bryan Hayes); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Hill, Megan Napier, Amanda Asher, Allison Teague, William Clinton Napier, Donovan Napier, William Pardee, Vincent Hayes and Evan Hayes; and his close friend Paul Logan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the funeral home.
