He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Collins and Marjorie E. Collins; his parents-in-law, Ford and Rose Lawson; his wife Martha Jo Collins; his son John Mark Collins; and his brother Terry Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Hailey Wagner (Chad); his grandchildren, Cayden, Aven, Rowyn, Declan Wagner and Damon Collins; his brother Roy L. Collins (Barbara); his sister-in-law Lutricia Woods (Dennis); and his nieces and nephews, Todd Collins (Ann), Richard Waters, Joel Woods (Tracey), Jason Woods (Lauren), Lawson Woods (Morgan), Andrew Collins (Starla), Todd Green (Elizabeth), Gabrielle Waters, Brianna Collins, Anna Woods, Ava Woods and Olivia Woods.
