She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmus McGeorge and Virgie McGeorge; her husband Millard "Dicky" Blanton, Jr.; her siblings, James McGeorge (Kyong Min) and Phyllis Smith (Bob); her siblings-in-law, Herman Carter, Ken Hall and Kathy McGeorge; and her great grandchild Bruce Babies.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley Blanton and Lisa Brown (Jim) of Pineville; her siblings, Bea Carter, Frances Hall, Donna Rose (Ron), Harold McGeorge (Sharon) and Johnny McGeorge; her sister-in-law Clara Jo Dow; her granddaughters, Jaime Bruce (Greg) and Shala Ramsey (Cody); her great grandchildren, Jason, Claire Bruce, Kara and Kayden Ramsey; her sisters, Joann Willis and Rutha Jackson; and her close friends, Anna Gaye Patterson and Pat Dozier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews who were loved as her own children; two best friends.
