He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Scott Baker and Vivian Wilson Kneisel. He is survived by: his wife Norma Wooten Hensley Baker; his daughter Ashley Baker Elam; his stepchildren, Glenda Gore, Glen Elswick, Debra Hensley Bowling and Michael Lee Hensley; his siblings, Terry (Janice Baker) and Mona Baker (Ken Norman); and his half-brother John (Karen Kneisel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
