He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Dorriety (TJ) of Elizabethtown, Jessica Shepherd of Tazewell and Jamie Shepherd of Frankfort, Kentucky; his siblings, Mary Willis (Vernon) of Frakes, Kentucky, Stevie Ray Shepherd (Marie) of Pineville, Thermond Paul "Dude" Shepherd, Jr. (Debbie) of Pineville and Jerry Shepherd (Rebecca) of Harrogate, Tennessee; and his siblings' children, Mitchel Willis (Caddy) of Middlesboro, Nathon Shepherd of Harrogate, Tennessee, Natasha Brock (Shawn) of Frakes, Elizabeth Neal (Allen) of Pineville, Taylor Shepherd and Aleah Shepherd of Harrogate, Tennessee. He is also survived by great-nieces nephews, family and friends.
