She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Waller and Edith Waller of Washburn, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Bill Waller of Bean Station and Joyce Helton of Rogersville, Tennessee.. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Russell Miniard; her children, Dwight Munsey of Maynardville, Lynn (Sonya Munsey), Richard Munsey (Lenora Balogh), Tracy (Richard Allen), Pamela McKnight of Knoxville, Melissa (Kenny Hensley), Amanda (Joe Tindell), Angela (Trent Allen) and Michael (Crystal Miniard); and her siblings, Brenda Pressley, Stella Helton and JC Waller. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
