Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
