He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Partin and Thomas Foley Epley, Sr.; his wife Jenny Daniel Epley; and his brothers, Jesse "Edward" Epley, David "Sonny" Epley, Dewey Ray Epley and Jerry Epley.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Epley Evans, Lisa, Mike Akers, Brian and Kim Epley; his grandchildren, Amber, Jeremy Smith, Devon, Kelsey Akers, Noah Thomas Akers, Cooper Epley, Camden Epley and Sadie Epley; his great grandchildren, Kiara Brooks, Kiely Taylor and Keaton Brooks; his sisters-in-law, Myra Epley, Inetta (Rick Nelson) and Wilma (Charley Miracle); his close friends, Toney Prator and Chuck Partin; and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
