He is survived by: his mother Sally Smith (late Chris); his fiancée Samantha Slone; his children, Corey Moten, Cameron Moten, Kari Moten, Brooklyn Slone and Shae Slone; his siblings, Mikey Smith, Jerry Smith, Christopher Smith, Tiffany Barber, Tori Scarberry, Mercedes Barber and Tina Smith (Dustin); his stepmother Amy Smith; his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Dominick, Kinsley, Nevaeh, Kaydence, Landon, Carter, Logan, Wes, Bentley, Noah, Isabella, Bre, Keira, Connor, Tatum, Haisley, Greyson, Ellie, Peyton, Silas, Maddie, Kenzie, Selena, Austin, Terry, Paisley, Kim and Emily; and his close friend Cody Combs (David "Red" Slone).
In Lieu of flowers family has requested donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
