He is survived by: his parents, Robert Floyd "Robin" and Meleah Lynn Powell (Riggs); his sister Elizabeth Eddins (Travis) of Pleasureville; his nieces and nephews, Ellie, Sawyer and Colt Eddins; his grandparents, Dolores "Dee" Hahn of Lexington and Ray Powell of New Castle; his aunt Tracy Turner of Lexington; and his uncle Rick Powell of New Castle.
