He is survived by: his wife Wilma S Brown; his daughter Ramona Slawikowski of Indiana; his grandchildren, Jessica Burnett and Allen Slawikowski; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Slawikowski, Ataya Slawikowski, Isabella Burnett and Dale Burnett.
