Johnson of Crittenden, Kentucky, Kerry Lynn Johnson of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Henrietta Hunt of Prestonsburg, Sharon Kaye Worthley of Mt. House and Patty Gaye Perkins of Sanford, Florida; her grandchildren, Reggie, Alex, Amanda, Rachelle and Hali; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Logan, Jackson, Ava and Baron.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
