He is survived by: his stepson Terry Wayne Cesco (Jenny) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Emily Elizabeth Williamson and Hevin Nicole Faith Spears; his sister Linna Owens of Louisa, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Charles David Bishop of Charleston, Donald Edward Bishop of Lansing, Shilo Owens of Louisa, Kentucky, Sean Bishop (Emma), Emerson Dillon and Olivia Bishop; and his close friends, Matthew Fitch and Samantha Fitch.
