She is survived by: her children, Joseph Caldwell of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Amy Blanton (Colby) of Ashville; her grandchildren, Alexis Beatty and Dashae Beatty; and her siblings, Leeman Bevins Jr. of Prestonsburg, Lenora Ann Nerorich of Utah and Rosemary Spears of Michigan.
