We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 88, Edward Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, born in David, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Peggy Ann Bartley Ousley; his parents, Dockie Ousley and Thelma Hale Ousley; his siblings, Burnis Ousley, Paul Ousley, Willie Ousley, Curt Ousley, Ghomer Ousley, Jean Carr, Lillie Deturk and Cassie Shepherd; and his great grandchild Ripley Hicks.

He is survived by : his daughters, Tanda Kaye Bailey of Hazard, KY and Edwina Gaye Ousley of Martin, KY; his sister Ruth Harmon of Warsaw, IN; his grandchildren, Cameron Bailey, Kelsey Bailey, Weston Hicks and Halee Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Knox Couch, Coast Bailey, Amelia Hicks, Rhodes Bailey and Maverick Hicks.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
