She is survived by: her husband Charles Hackworth; her children, Mike Nelson (Karen) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Tammy Amburgey (Charlie) of Prestonsburg; her stepchildren, Michael Hackworth (Linda) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Lora Hammonds of Prestonsburg and Jil; her grandson Matthew Amburgey; her stepgrandchildren, Mika Crisp (Seth), Victoria Crisp (Adam), Garrett Hammonds, Jackson Reed (Jordan), Tanner Pillion, Jonah Pillion and Haley Hackworth; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery Crisp and Sawyer Crisp.
