He is survived by : his parents, Terry Fitzer of Prestonsburg and Lynette Deskins Fitzer of Powell, Ohio.; his wife Rebecca Howard Fitzer of Prestonsburg; his children, Charles William Fitzer and Muriel Catherine Jane Fitzer of Prestonsburg; his stepmother Angela Fitzer of Prestonsburg; and his sisters, Tera Lynn Fitzer of Cincinnati, Jillian Gay Howard (Scott) of Dublin and Brittany Nicole Glassford (Shawn) of Richmond.
