She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stacia Mudge and Justin Mudge; her great grandchildren, Noah Howell, Peyton Hall, Gabriella Mudge, Isabella Mudge and Mashayla Hall; and her brother Eddie Moore.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
