He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Fitpatrick and Savannah Howard Fitzpatrick Fraley; his siblings, R. C., Jonathan, William Fitzpatrick and Rhoda Fitzpatrick Stumbo; and his friends, Ben and Vida Fraley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Al Fraley (Peggy) of Richmond, Kentucky and Lana "Dougie" Howard (Joe) of Commerce Township, Michigan. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
