He is survived by : his spouse Beverly Miller Hackworth; his daughter Cindy Lynn Hackworth of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his sisters, Anna Prater of Warsaw, Edna Carol Nelson of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Genoia Hackworth of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Donna Hackworth of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Loretta Pratt Hackworth of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
